Antonio Carrero was fatally shot around 10:15 p.m. on March 13, authorities have said. Police believe the shooting was the result of an "altercation" with suspect Jonathan Minier, who is being held without bail.
In a GoFundMe campaign to assist with funeral costs, his fiancee Aashyiah Cook said he leaves behind a 2-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter.
